Director, Health Sciences Library – Lancaster General College
The Health Sciences Library at Lancaster General College, Lancaster PA, is currently recruiting for an innovative and dynamic individual to lead the health sciences library.
The Library Director is responsible for the overall operations and management of the health sciences library which serves the Lancaster General College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences and the Lancaster General Health System.
Minimum qualifications: MLS from an ALA accredited school; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated excellent customer service skills and searching skills in health and medicine-related databases; instruction experience; experience locating and evaluating web resources; excellent organizational, time, and management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; demonstrated knowledge of library technology and Microsoft applications.
